Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of services provided by NEUROINSIGHT DIAGNOSTICS LLC ("we", "us"). By purchasing a plan you agree to them. We keep them short and in plain language on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask before you buy.

1. What we provide

BookedSolid's public pilot provides a fixed-scope website build plus managed hosting and care for local service businesses. The build includes the pages, revision allowance, and launch support stated at checkout. Marketing automation, AI call handling, messaging, and reactivation are separate optional services and are not included unless a written order expressly adds them.

The service is offered only for a U.S. business, commercial, or organizational use—not personal, family, or household use. By purchasing, you represent that you are authorized to bind the business identified at checkout. Businesses outside the United States must contact us for a supervised tax review before purchasing.

2. Plans, pricing, and included care

Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are prepaid and include 2 months free relative to monthly billing. All prices are in USD and are shown before applicable tax.

• Website Launch + Care — $149/month (or $1490/year) plus a $1497 one-time setup fee. Included care:
  • Managed hosting, SSL, backups, and routine software updates
  • Minor content updates are scheduled through email support

The public pilot does not include AI voice, SMS campaigns, database reactivation, paid advertising, domain-registration fees, or other third-party subscriptions unless a written order adds them.

3. Billing, cancellation, and refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe for the contracting seller shown on this page. The Stripe receipt and card-statement descriptor identify that approved seller.
• Any listed setup fee is billed once at checkout; the monthly (or annual) subscription bills separately.
• Published prices are before tax. Stripe calculates and adds any applicable U.S. sales, use, or similar indirect tax from the validated billing address before payment.
• You will provide an accurate legal business name and complete billing location. A tax ID does not by itself make a purchase exempt; any claimed exemption requires the documentation applicable to that jurisdiction.
• Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with no partial-period refund. Annual care is prepaid and runs through its paid term.
• When you cancel monthly care, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period. We do not refund a partial period.
• Annual care is prepaid and continues through the paid annual term. We do not refund a partial annual term.
• Setup fees cover discovery, design, build, and launch work. They are refundable before work starts; after work starts, they are non-refundable to the extent earned for work already performed.

4. Website ownership, domains, and portability

• Your domain should remain registered in an account you control. You must not send us registrar, email, or hosting passwords; we provide specific DNS records or a supported screen-share process instead.
• You are responsible for domain-registration and paid third-party fees unless a written order says otherwise. We do not buy a domain in our name on your behalf.
• After all undisputed fees are paid, you own the approved custom website copy and design deliverables we create for you, excluding our pre-existing tools, reusable components, and third-party materials.
• On cancellation, you may request a reasonable export of portable site content and custom assets. Provider-specific services, licenses, and functionality may require replacement on another host.

5. Your responsibilities

• You will provide accurate business details and approve final claims, services, contact information, policies, and launch instructions.
• You confirm you have the right to use every logo, photo, testimonial, trademark, and piece of copy you supply.
• You will provide accurate information about your business for use in the website and promptly correct anything that changes.
• You will not use the website or managed service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.

6. Estimates are not guarantees

Any revenue or missed-call figures we present — in proposals, reports, or conversations — are estimates built from stated assumptions. They are illustrations, not promises of results.

7. Support

Email support with next-business-day response. Pro adds priority support.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or for use that violates these terms or applicable law. You may cancel as described in section 3.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to active clients by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
