Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of services provided by BookedSolid ("we", "us"). By purchasing a plan you agree to them. We keep them short and in plain language on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask before you buy.
1. What we provide
BookedSolid provides marketing-automation software and managed setup for local service businesses: lead-capture landing pages, missed-call text-back, an AI voice receptionist, web-chat and SMS assistants, review-request workflows, database-reactivation campaigns, and monthly reporting, depending on your plan. The service is delivered on the GoHighLevel platform under our management; we provision, configure, and operate your account for you.
2. Plans, pricing, and fair use
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are prepaid and include 2 months free relative to monthly billing. All prices are in USD.

Starter — Capture — $297/month
(or $2970/year) with no setup fee.
Fair-use allowances:
- Missed-call text-back and email lead alerts
- Up to 1,000 review-request contacts per month

Growth — Capture + AI — $797/month
(or $7970/year) plus a
$500 one-time setup fee.
Fair-use allowances:
- Up to 500 AI voice receptionist minutes per month
- Up to 1,000 AI chat/SMS conversations per month
- One database-reactivation campaign per quarter, up to 2,500 contacts

Pro — Full System — $1297/month
(or $12970/year) plus a
$997 one-time setup fee.
Fair-use allowances:
- Up to 1,500 AI voice receptionist minutes per month
- Unlimited AI chat/SMS within fair use
- Monthly database-reactivation campaigns, up to 5,000 contacts
Plans include fair-use caps on AI voice minutes, SMS, email volume, and database-reactivation list size so pricing stays predictable. Overages are discussed before they are billed.
3. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Setup fees for Growth and Pro are billed once at checkout; the monthly (or annual) subscription bills separately.
- Month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are prepaid and run for the paid term.
- When you cancel a monthly plan, service continues through the end of the 30-day notice period and you are billed for it; we do not refund partial months.
- If you cancel an annual plan before the end of its term, we refund the prorated value of the full unpaid-for months remaining after the notice period, at the effective monthly rate you paid.
- Setup fees cover work performed at onboarding and are non-refundable once provisioning of your account has started.
4. AI voice disclosure
Every AI voice call opens with a clear spoken disclosure that the caller is speaking with an automated assistant. Call recording is off by default.
5. Your responsibilities
- Database-reactivation campaigns run only after you attest, in writing, to an approved consent basis for the contacts involved. When consent is uncertain we default to email.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any contact list you provide for reactivation or messaging campaigns was collected lawfully and that you hold the required consent under applicable law, including the TCPA. SMS campaigns require prior express written consent from each recipient.
- You will honor opt-outs from your own customers promptly, and you will provide accurate information about your business for use in the service.
- You will not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messaging.
6. Estimates are not guarantees
Any revenue or missed-call figures we present — in proposals, reports, or conversations — are estimates built from stated assumptions. They are illustrations, not promises of results.
7. Support
Email support with next-business-day response. Pro adds priority support.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or for use that violates these terms or applicable law. You may cancel as described in section 3.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to active clients by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
